ACCOBOND AB3P
GRC ACRYLIC CO-POLYMER
ACCOBOND AB3P is a highly specialized acrylic polymeric compound designed for use in GRC production process.
It is formulated to be stable and durable in the high pH Portland cement based GRC Products.

AREA OF APPLICATION
- ACCOBOND AB3 P (Polymer) is a MUST for any GRC mix. Without it, GRC work must cure for 7 days in a climate controlled environment.
- Adding Polymer to GRC and Concrete mixes makes cure time 24 hours, not 7 days. Add to concrete mixes to reduce shrinkage and increase bonding and strength.
- Polymer works by ‘holding’ the water in the cement, not allowing it to surface during curing. This speeds the cure time
up drastically, so molds can be taken apart and precast concrete/GRC taken out of molds after just 24 hours. - Provided added workability with the GRC mix, and increases adherence to vertical mold surfaces.
ACCOBOND PREMIUM
ALL ACRYLIC POLYMER
ACCOBOND PREMIUM is a water-based dispersion or emulsion of all Acrylic & Copolymer. It is a surfactant stabilized colloid free Emulsion.
It gives Hard, Tough, Flexible & Glossy Film, Excellent Wet Scrub & Abrasion, and Excellent pigment loading characteristics, Alkali resistance.

ACCOBOND PREMIUM being Hard and Tough Breathable polymer with very good Exterior durability, it is well suited for Exterior Texture Paint. It has very good binding capacity to hold texture aggregates. It has special surfactant system and its capability to form tight film enables it to resist substrate efflorescence effectively.
